**Currently not accepting applicants into the undergraduate program.**

The undergraduate certificate is open to students with Associate's degrees or professionals with significant work experience.  There are no prerequisite courses required to begin this program. 

All courses are offered by the College of Information and Computer Sciences. The program requires successful completion of 15 credits.  There are four required courses:

  • CICS 266 Internet Law and Policy (4 credits)
  • CICS 297S Introduction to Computer Security (3 credits)
  • CICS 267 Information Risk Management (4 credits)
  • CICS 269 TACC Capstone (4 credits)
     

Students may enter the program at any time and take core courses in any order that suits them, and then take the TACC Capstone course.

This program was formerly called the Trust, Assurance, and Cybersecurity Certificate.
